Loon Photography Tours & Workshops
To North Americans the loon is a symbol of wilderness and solitude. Its' stunning beauty has made it one of the most sought after birds to photograph. To get close to our subject we use a very stable boat with comfortable swivel seats and a removable bimini top to protect us from the sun & rain. The 20 hp outboard will get us to our destination quickly, but when we arrive a silent electric motor gets us in close to the loon & offers you up close photo opportunities. As always, Algonquin Park landscape and wildlife possibilities are endless.
Itinerary: Meet at Tim Horton's parking lot on Hwy 60 in Huntsville (times yet to be determined). We will be on the water for the early morning light. Breakfast will be served on board the boat, and by midday, we will return in order to rest and have some lunch. The group will meet back at Tim Horton's parking lot later in the afternoon (time yet to be determined) so we can be back on the water for the evening light. Snacks and bottled water served on board the boat.

Price Includes:
- 2 days personalized instruction
- Breakfasts served aboard on both days (muffin, yogurt, fruit, juice & water)
- Snacks & bottled water served on both afternoon trips
- Transportation from meeting site to shooting location and back to meeting site on both days
Cost & registration for two day tour & workshop - $450.00 per person (includes taxes)
A nonrefundable $225.00 deposit is required to reserve your spot.
